Adding Supplementary Information To Tasks In Project2010
In this article, I will demonstrate how copy add supplementary information to tasks in project 2010.
Introduction
You can give definition or explain an individual task by entering notes. Basic process to add a note to a task is given below.
Step 1
Select task on which you want to add a note.
Step 2
On the Task Tab, in the Properties group click Notes.
Step 3
In the Notes area, type the note you want to give.
Step 4
Click OK, when you are finished.
Note- A note icon is added to the Indicators column in the table area of the Gantt Chart.
