Introduction

The Diskcopy command allows a user to copy the complete content of one floppy disk into another floppy disk. This command is only applicable to floppy disks. Syntax used for Diskcopy command in Windows Server 2008 is given below.

Syntax

diskcopy [<Drive1>: [<Drive2>:]] [/v]

Parameters For Diskcopy

Parameter Description
<Drive1> Defines the drive that contains the source disk.
<Drive2> Defines the drive that contains the destination disk.
/v Verifies whether the information is copied correctly or not.
/? Shows help at the command prompt.
