How to configure Gmail Account in Outlook 2010
Introduction
This article demonstrates how to setup a gmail account in Office Outlook 2010.
Get Started
Open Microsoft Outlook 2010 from your Microsoft Office > Microsoft Outlook 2010 menu item in your All Progams.
You will see Outlook Startup is launched.
Click the Next button at the bottom of the dialog.
On the next screen, make sure "Yes" radio button is selected.
Click the Next button at the bottom of the dialog.
On next screen, provide your name, your full gmail account and your password (twice).
Click Next.
Wait until Outlook configures your mail account.
You will see the following dialog if configures correctly.
Click Finish and you are all set.
