Overview a table

We store our data in Access tables, if we use a database. We create our data in subject based and arranged records fields in lists.

For Example, we create our table employee name, id, entry date etc.

Employee record is contains about one instance of the table subject, A record is also commonly called a row or an example.

Filed contains data such as first name or entry date, . A field is also commonly called a column or an attribute.

A database can contain many tables, each storing information about a different subject.

Each table can contain many fields of different types of data, such as text, numbers, dates, and hyperlinks.
