How to save a presentation in PowerPoint 2010
In this article I have described about to save a presentation in PowerPoint 2010.
PowerPoint Presentation
- As we already know that PowerPoint 2010 is one of the important package of Microsoft 2010 Office Suite.
- PowerPoint 2010 is used to create slide presentations which are of dynamic types.
Save PowerPoint Presentation
To save a presentation in PowerPoint we should use following steps
- First of all we have click the File tab and then click Save As.
- Then in the File name box type a name for our PowerPoint presentation and then click Save.
The steps can be summarized as following
Note - To save our presentation in a format other than .pptx, click the Save as type list and then select the file format that we want because by default PowerPoint 2010 saves files in the PowerPoint Presentation (.pptx) file format.
