In this article I am going explain to Create a split form by using the split from tool In Access 2010.

Create a split form by using the split from tool

  • A split form different from a form or subform combination.

  • A split form can the connected in two views from a same data source and are synchronized with one another at all time.

  • We select a field one or other parts of the form, and we can add, edit, or delete data form either part.

  • For example, We can use the datasheet portion of the form to quickly locate a record, and then use the form portion to view or edit the record.

These are the various steps to create a split form by using the split form tool

  • First we create a blank database in access 2010.

  • We click the table or query, where we want to see on our form, in the navigation pane.

  • Then we open the table or query in datasheet view.

  • On the create tab, in the forms group, click more forms, and then click split form.
