Clear Formatting option in Word 2010

This article describe about Clear Formatting option in word 2010.

Microsoft word also provide the feature for clear the all formatting by using the clear Formatting button present within the Home Tab or using the shortcut key.

Clear Formatting option

For clear the all formatting from your word document. Do the following steps.

Step 1

First of all write some simple text and formats the written text by using the Font type button and Font size button.

Note: Above give picture I have formatted the desired text. Now I want to delete all formatting then use.

Step 2

Go to Home Tab and click over the clear formatting button.

Now you can see formatting will be clear from your document.

Clear formatting by using shortcut key

you can also clear all the formatting from your document by pressing

Ctrl + Spacebar : For clear the formatting
